School Website

The website that I used for this blog entry is a middle school in Tacoma WA and is located in high diversity-low income neighborhood. So from the begining I did not expect much and did not think that the website would be of great quality, and this is exactly what I found out. The Website contained a short newsletter and a list of teacher's websites, of which majority either did not work or did not have any useful information besides the teacher's schedule. It also contained some useful information such as teachers' contacts and the calendar with events. I thought that it was very dull and not useful or interesting. The reason for this would be that the school is located in poor neighbourhood and kids from low socioeconomic status attend this school.
